Do I need millions of followers?
Absolutely not. While an active community is a marketing asset, it is not an artistic selection criterion. We primarily recruit "Technicians" whose authority rests on work quality, magazine publications, and peer recognition, not social metrics.
Where do the Masterclasses take place?
Depending on your profile and audience, we can organize events anywhere in the world. The choice of venue is made in consultation with our production team.
What is the compensation model?
We offer a secure and motivating hybrid model: a guaranteed fixed fee (Artist Fee) to block the date, plus a percentage of ticket sales (Revenue Share). This model allows you to benefit directly from the event's success without carrying the financial risk.
Can I propose a workshop format?
It is highly recommended. The "Look & Learn" format (demonstration only) is popular, but the "Hybrid" format is our bestseller. It offers a richer experience for students and justifies a higher entry price.
Are travel expenses covered?
Yes, fully. For any Masterclass outside your city of residence, The Beauty Masterclass covers flights (regular airline), 4/5* hotel accommodation, and local transfers. You only need to worry about your art.
Who provides the models and equipment?
We handle model casting via partner agencies, which you approve via photo. For equipment, we provide lighting, chairs, mirrors, and tables. You only need to bring your personal kit (brushes and favorite products).
What about image rights?
You remain the intellectual owner of your technique. The Beauty Masterclass retains the right to use photo/video captured during the event for its communication. You also receive all HD rushes and photos for your own promotion.
