GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTCS) – TICKETING

ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the online sale of tickets by the company [Your Company Name] via the website https://thebeauty-masterclass.com for beauty-related events, workshops, and masterclasses. Any order placed on the site implies the customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.

ARTICLE 2 – PRICE

Ticket prices are indicated in Euros (€) and are All Taxes Included (ATI), including VAT at the rate in force on the day of the order.
The organizer reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but events will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order validation.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDER AND PAYMENT

  • Validation: The order is final as soon as the customer clicks on the validation button (“Order”, “Pay”) and the payment is accepted.
  • Payment: Payment is made immediately by credit card via our secure payment provider.
  • Confirmation: Once the payment is validated, the customer receives a confirmation email containing their electronic tickets (E-tickets). It is the customer’s responsibility to check their mailbox (including spam folders).

ARTICLE 4 – ABSENCE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

⚠️ Important point to read carefully: In accordance with Article L221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or period.

Consequently: Any ticket order for a Masterclass is firm and final. Tickets are neither taken back, exchanged, nor refunded, even in the event of the customer’s inability to attend the event (illness, transport issues, personal impediments), except in the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer (see Article 6).

ARTICLE 5 – ACCESS CONDITIONS AND CONTROL

  • Ticket: Access to the event is subject to the presentation of a valid ticket (printed or on smartphone).
  • Identity: Tickets are nominative. An identity document may be requested at the entrance to verify correspondence with the name on the ticket.
  • Late Arrival: Access to the Masterclass is no longer guaranteed after the indicated start time. No refund will be made in the event of the participant’s delay.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT BY THE ORGANIZER

  • Cancellation: If The Beauty Masterclass is compelled to cancel the event (e.g., unavailability of the speaker), the buyer will be fully refunded the face value of the ticket. Ancillary costs (transport, hotel) incurred by the customer will not be refunded.
  • Postponement: In the event of postponement of the event, the ticket remains valid for the new date. If the customer cannot attend the new date, they may request a refund within a timeframe set by the organizer.
  • Force Majeure: The organizer cannot be held liable if the non-performance of the contract results from a case of force majeure (natural disaster, transport strikes, health crisis, administrative decision).

ARTICLE 7 – CONDUCT AND INTERNAL REGULATIONS

The customer agrees to respect the safety instructions and internal regulations of the venue hosting the event.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse access or exclude any person whose behavior would harm the proper conduct of the Masterclass (aggression, intoxication…), without possible refund.

ARTICLE 8 – IMAGE RIGHTS

By participating in the event, the customer is informed that recordings (photos/videos) may be made for The Beauty Masterclass communication purposes. The customer authorizes the organizer to use their image (if captured in crowd shots or ambient shots) on its social networks and website. For any individualized recording (interview, close-up), specific authorization will be requested.

ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of the Masterclasses (educational materials, techniques presented, booklets provided) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or dissemination (e.g., filming the entire masterclass for resale) is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These GTCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
